Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: What is a water-fed pole?

A: A water-fed pole is a professional cleaning tool that lets us safely clean high windows from the ground. It uses purified water that leaves no spots, streaks, or residue behind. The brush gently scrubs away dirt, and the pure water rinses it clean — no ladders, no chemicals, and sparkling results every time.

Q: Do you use chemicals on my windows?

A: No harsh chemicals. We clean with purified water, which naturally dries crystal clear, leaving no stains or spots. It’s safe for kids, pets, and plants.

How often should I get my windows cleaned?

A: Most homeowners schedule cleanings 2–4 times a year. This keeps your glass looking great, prevents hard water stains, and protects your windows in the long term. Our service plans make it easy to stay on schedule and save money.

Q: Will you need to come inside my house?

A: Yes! We hand-clean removable screens so your fresh windows stay crystal clear. If your screens are on the outside, we’ll need to briefly step inside to remove them. Once the windows are cleaned, we put the screens back in for you. If your screens are located on the inside of your house, we won’t need to enter at all.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: We proudly serve Perrysburg, Bowling Green, Toledo, and surrounding communities.
